Best: Sasuke, Madara, Obito, Ooniki. Worst: Sakura, Itachi (not a hater but Izanami, really, that was like the greatest troll of the year), A (he was the least useful against madara), and oh did i mention sakura.

I do think that Itachi and Obito belong in both the best and worst category though, Itachi's Izanami and Obito's flashbacks both were unsatisfying... But as a character, they also added some much desired plot to the battles.

Best: Madara because we still dont know much about him. His thoughts are rarely exposed and what he says is not reliable.

Worst: I hate to say it, i'm not a sakura hater but it has to be sakura. Not because of her character but because she hasn't done much lately esp. since she's the main heroine. Kishi seems to be giving every other female character more accomplishments than her.
