Best: MADARA, Tsunade, Kabuto
Worst: Hinata

Best: Nagato, Itachi, Killer Bee, Orochimaru (Just for coming back again xd )

Worst: Sakura, Hinata

Worst: Sakura....like always

Best: Madara, and then Sasuke for showing the new mangekyou.
Worst: Kabuto- having so much power but at the end of the day was fodderized...

Worst: Sakura- she did absolutely nothing in 2012. I believe she was shown in a total of 10 panels in the year.
