[Discussion] Best villain?

Who do you think was the best villain in the whole story of One Piece?
Personally, I vote for Enel (or Eneru or however it's written). He was awesome and really strong Loved his laughter!

Lucci so far. Luffy's fight against him was insane.

I like Enel's story and his Devil fruit abilities and all but those ears annoy me.
Arlong, Teach, and Croc were BA to.

Oh and I don't think that any one of CP-9 except Spandam and Spandine can be called "villains" They were more like enemies.

I nominate the Tenryūbito as villains too !

Crocodile and Lucci were badass! Teach, Enel, and Hordy are up there as well.

Crocodile, Akainu (from Luffy viewpoint atleast) and Bellamy

Crocodile is just a classic villain

Akainu did some horrible stuff against Luffy personally

Bellamy was a bit more complicated, he was the complete opposite of Luffy (isn't a dreamer, cocky and stuff) which made him a pretty cool villain albeit a weak one

I think Blackbeard will be an amazing villain. I dunno, Oda is making this main antagonist too, well... likeable... It's just a dark Luffy. I really like Blackbeard.
