Best jutsu... Seeing as Izanagi isn't Uchiha, and not every Susano'o has the items Itachi did, Kirin. Doesn't require the MS which makes you blind, or bleeding eyes which must hurt, which makes it better than Amatratsu because Sasuke said it was it's power equivilant. If people want to argue this, be my guest.
