Here is my top 10 I feel they will be very reasonable and I'm not counting hagoromos brother... For all we know he could be as strong as kaguya or as strong as ashura and Indra

2. Hagoromo
3. rikudou madara
4. Naruto/sasuke
5. Sasuke/naruto
6. Juubito
7. Ashura/Indra
8. Indra/ashura
9. Eight gate guy
10. Hashirama

Juubito is still stronger, the only reason he lost was because his heart wasn't into it and Naruto's talk no jutsu was making him see the light. He was having a inner conflict with himself. Otherwise he had the Rinnegan, most of the Juubi, and Kamui. That still gives him the advantage over those two, plus he could regenerate.

Im sorry the fact that his power is fleeting, he cant keep it up, and he dies means i cant put him in my top 10
If so Minato and the 3rd should also be there because they can seal you a death reaper seal and you die.

Only person to avoid the reaper seal is Oro and that was because the 3rd was like 100yrs old fighting a sannin.

Other than that i agree.
