How can you gauge use if you can't show feats ? lol

Madara showed the most insight to the workings of the sharingan.
He knows all the techniques.Knows the different applications the structure of the design holds.
Like straight edge one means you excel in psychical capabilities round edge sharingans have stronger mental fortitudes like itachi with his extreme force in genjustu.

He also mastered the sharingan to the point he can used the powers without the eyes.
Remember the special chakra specifically stems in the brain.The eyes ares just a catalyst for the powers.Madara showcased this by using susanoo without his eyes.

It is also worth pointing out that madara's eyes are are formed from both distinct eye shapes the round edge and the sharp edged tomoe design.

Kakashi has showed best use of individual uses mainly so because he was our introduction in the sharigan.
He also eventually used all the high tier abilities granted by the sharingan (Not including individual techniques exclusive to each user)
so you can't say sasuke has showed better feats with his eyes like using perfect susanoo kakashi used it too.

sasuke since getting his ms has only spammed.
Only one scene in his fight against deidara shows him using his abilities for specific things.
he hasn't use the precog since part 1 to any advantage


obito and danzo only spam with obito being on top of danzo simply because i actually seen him use the same justu as danzo and also use his kamui once to warp a katon justu

so obito barely edges out danzo in practical use of the shraingan

All people you mentioned have probably mastered the sharingan to its maximum potential (maybe danzu is the only exception) ,but some of them have more feats and hype in using Sharingan's copy ability like Kakashi and others have more feats in using Sharingan's ginjutsu like Sasuke and Itachi .that is it .no one can simply decide who is the best .
