In the poll, Itachi + Kisame. Overall, I'd say the Senju bros. They were said to have battled alongside one another, and knew each other's strategies inside out...

NOT to mention, they're INCREDIBLY powerful individually in their own right.

Since when did Naruto and Sasuke have brains and bronze? Both have bronze no doubt but brains? Naruto has more brains than Sasuke and Naruto is just starting to obtain his intellect. Sasuke rushes into battles and has no strategies which is why he was owned by the 5 kage at the summit. Its a bunch of fanboys who aren't actually analyzing their actual power and intellect. People who are voting for them are doing so because their the two main characters in a sense.

The Sasuke vs Deidara fight shows how smart Sasuke can be. Sasuke only rushes in to battles when he's pissed and on his evil mode

One fight doesn't counter for multiple battles which he has been hot headed. He is exceptionally smart when properly prepared and calm. But you can't use is hot headedness as an excuse to why he doesn't show his intellect. Intellect is also being able to control yourself. Anger almost always leads to defeat. The fact that he beat deidara showed good strategy but he was also injured a great deal if im correct. Overall he's shown little intellect.

Well the current Sasuke isn't the smartest. He always shown intellect before he found out the truth about Itachi. You must've forgotten he was always referred to as a genius. And yeah he was injured but we're talking about Deidara here, he used his greatest technique and sacrificed himself so of course Sasuke without the MS would be affected by that
