When you are trying too pull stuff out of your butt and de-rail a character, it does change a weakness. Your opinion on this matter is moot.

Hype: Tobirama

Feats: Mei. I dont understand why people put Kisame above Mei tbh. Yes, he's used larged scale suiton but thats more to do with huge chakra reserves than skill. Against Madara, Mei showed the most skillful use of suiton. She pretty much replicated Tobirama's feat but to a much larger scale.

yea but in a water battle (think him vs. bee) whose to say she could beat him? With his chakra reserves rivaling a tailed beast, how can we be sure he couldnt simply play tug of war with her for control of the water sphere until she ran out? Honestly i put kisame as tied with tobirama simply because we have nothing but hype for tobirama to for all we know, the same could be applied to a battle between them in that kisame may very well have more chakra than tobirama, meaning he can negate any water attacks on him simply by applying more chakra to counter it than tobi can apply to use it. In a legitimate fight, tobirama wins because he has so much more powerful stuff at his disposal, but if it was kept as a strict suiton fight, it's a toss up in my mind until we see it happen.
