Best Strategic Fighter!

who do you guys think is the best strategic fighter.... and i mean like.... thinks about it before acting...
I think its close between Shikamaru and Itachi... but i give a little more of a lead to shikamaru

Definitly Shikimaru, Itachi is already strong so he doesnt need to think is much, Shikimaru has no Taijutsu skills whatsoever he has to put so much that into every move so that he can have a chance

Shikamaru. He can think ten steps ahead on someone in battle. Example of this: Hidan vs Asuma fight. He figured out th etechnique of Hidan while being concentrated on a jutsu (shadow binding). That's crazy!

Shikaku and Shkamaru. Despite their skills not being up to par with their inteligence (and I mean that in the sense: their inteligence is to Naruto's strength in the series IMO or near) they would be some of the strongest shinobi in existance.

Shikamaru of course. But don't forget Kakashi, he is known for his strategic moves, like using a shadow clone to gather info about his opponent's abilities and then acting accordingly.

Itachi and Minato ... altough they dont really need to do it and Kakashi is pretty good too

Shikamaru, at least to me, seems to need too much time, yes it worked against weak ninja and later Hidan but taht was planned way in advance, most ppl can do that

if he was against a really good opponent that time would cost him dearly

oh, also your strategies largely depend on your jutsus
