Best SoundCard For Recording?[Tight budget]

I am setting up a little studio or rather i am in the process of setting it up and i am gathering things little by little and now i am planning on buying a sound card for recording as my computer sound card just doesn't cut it and doesn't provide the good quality im looking for. So can anyone help me out or suggest a sound card with phantom power capable of powering condenser microphones. I dont have much for the budget and the maxiumu i am willing to spend for now is 150-200dollars as i still am yet to buy the microphone which i have chosen to be the Berhinger B2[Thoughts?]

I use an integrated soundcard for recording. This is what I use:

Focusrite Scarlet 2i4
Monster cable XLR to 1/4 and MC XLR to XLR
Behringer mixer with phantom power
MXL 990 Condenser. I also use Shure SM58Beta/SM57 for close up unidirectional recording

I do editing with Reaper and Cubase.
