Baldy.., when he isn't being lazy he's very creative and has very long replies.
I think Reborn has a lot of natural skill.
Smeone who hasn't been mentioned yet would be Scaze. In all seriousness, I think that of this Gen (excluding Gin, Mathy and Yard etc) he would have the most amount of natural skill and well thought out moves. Though he, sometimes, makes silly mistakes.
