Zero Kelvin (I put him in 2011 but apparently he's 2010)
Lili-chwan. Well, she tends to lose herself a bit in her own mind games and ends up being weird to fight against. However, her IQ is high enough to produce high level moves and combos. Her Taijutsu is arguably one of the best in the base as is her genjutsu use.
Gobi is an earth master user. Enough said.
Mugen i think is 2010. He was back in the day a very good fighter overall.
Don't remember many from 2010 unfortunately.
And yes, my first bio was from 4th of May, 2011.
(when i searched it right now I just noticed I only had Tohono, Ao, Hashirama and Galen as my bios O__O)

I love how everyone forgets Im from 2010 xd I went inactive like many others did after the war because at the time NB RP was like a ghost town, leaving many others to getting OP

Any of you people remember Hammy120290? Hammy and I were constantly at each other's throats; biting and barking like mad dogs! He, like many others, was one of the three Akiza picked every now and then and helped master all the basic stuff. Goddamnit Hammy.
Or Raiden! The guy was the best damn Spear-user on the Base. His CJ's were beast. Seriously. Like Scorps and Lili today, Raiden was the old 'Master of Customs'. He could literally make everything look awesome! He also became the Second-in-Command of the Land of Iron.
Hell, Ryuji, too! That guy was the original Dragon Slayer of NB. TPS doesn't hold a candle to how much enthusiasm Ryuji showed for Natsu.
Hot.Tendo xd That guy/girl/thing had a hundred alts and sometimes went on a spamming rampage. Seriously, he was the ultimate cross-dresser and pretty much the original Konan of NB.

I think I started in 2010, same time as Hazama, and there was a guy Orochimaru, and Jinbei was quite active at that time too. I was too lazy back then, got a lot more active in 2011. If I were to name the top 5 they will be;
