You are asking who is better in puppetry [skill] and Sasori is capable of controlling more puppets [A lot more] so that answers your question. He has the more skill than they do.

first off sasori used that secret red technique 2 times once against chiyo and sakura, and another when he said he used that tech to destroy a small nation...how many shinobi can say they took down a nation however small it may have been or not have been...and those 100 puppets arent sasori only puppets, sasori can control decease shinobi as well and use their jutsu and kekkei something that kankuro and chiyo cant do, plus sasori is one of the smartest and strategically think shinobi's we have seen he even manipulated kabuto and we knw how much of a genius and con artist he is, plus sasori has some of the most complex poisons, and has a water tech that slices through rock and a fire tech that melts rock, plus the 3rd kazekage alone is enough to esily beat kankuro why is this even a debate u just dnt like sasori and want to find a way to make him seem weaker whe n he was one of the strongest akatsuki members and during his life was one of the strongest shinobi's alive

I should probably tell you that KingHashirama is biased and that he thinks anyone can beat Sasori because Sakura and Chiyo defeated him [Which is actually surprising seeing as how he likes to ridiculously wank Sakura]. He firmly believes that Sasori would lose to Hidan.
