i have never ever in my life used any tutorial or guide, i had 18 h photoshop privat lesson, where i learned how to use photoshop and all the basics, everything else is practice and 1 more thing dont go in photoshop, take a random render, drop random background and than try difrent effects... it will look like ......., draw the image in your head and then make it in your Photoshop <3

Well, when you're learning how to ride a bike you don't spend most of ur time imagining how to ride it, but instead try and fail and just drive around on the parking lot.My point is, that when learning how to use photoshop, trying to create a certain image would be alot harder than to just play around and figuring things out as u go along.
When i just had started using photoshop many years ago I figured I wanted to make a wallpaper of the universe. I started with a black background and a white line, a red line, and a yellow line. In the end I ended up with this:

And I never expected or imagined it to turn out that way
Maybe I was very lucky, but playing around with a program and with renders, backgrounds and stuff is the easiest way to learn imo.

bike = sport and physics, all it needs is no fear and huge love to speed
Ps = is a place where your ideas take image, what are you calling inspiration? (dude you are creating)
if you dont understand me than you are not doing the right thing
its not hard to do some kick ass effect, hard is to make it look good with whole thing, im not saying you dont need skills, im saying you need ideas tho

no u don't. the first thing u need to learn is how the program works. Just like with anything else. Trying to achieve anything special in PS in the beginning is ridiculous dude >_> you gotta start small, and later put ur thoughts into consideration.your kidding right? you are matching bike and photoshop?

Each photoshop is the same, except they usually come out every 1-3 years and have a little bit of tweaks and new things added but that's about it. I used to have PS CS2 and it worked just fine, but now I have PS CS4 and it's slightly better. The sigs I make I only follow 1 tutorial and then when i finish all the steps I just try new things to my liking.
