I don't know which ONE to pick....

....Obito, Orochimaru, Madara, or Nagato are in the running for best villian to me, maybe Kabuto.

Orochimaru without a doubt. He plays the perfect villain and he has been present throughout the entire series.

Obito, he's the most messed up................

I'm waiting for some more motive from Obito. He has claimed Rin isn't why he turned evil now. This is a good thing as that would have been a shit motive and sort of ruined him as a villain for a lot of people. If he comes up with some good things to say perhaps I'll consider him as one of the best, but as of now he's easily outshone by Orochimaru, and Nagato IMO.
