I stopped watching the anime with any sort of regularity before Shippuden, but I have to say, I think the openings and endings are definitely some of the best parts of it. They often show fight scenes in ways we don't normally get to see them (like the Madara fight in the latest opening,) or bits of life from the main characters that we don't normally get to see (and would probably not happen, like that beach party ending.)

I really love the U Can Do It! one, but I'm still in the process of watching them all on youtube, so I don't know which is my favorite!
