I think it is but it hasn't been subbed yet people were saying it will be in April next year.

Don't think so, but someone in Japan might have seen it already, it's out in the cinemas I believe, but it'll take some time for it to reach a fansub versionU_U

Since it's playing in the Japanese cinemas, I can't say it's impossible for it to be up in raw version, but I suppose we would have to wait before the subbed one. Can't wait for it!
