Best lightning style user goes to...?

There were a # of characters that I seen use lightning style techniques. between kakashi, sasuke, darui, killer bee, and raikage. who do you think is the best lightning style user? if i forgot anyone, dont scorn, just put your own character that i missed out. so who is it?

sasuke, he has the strongest lightning tech kirin and he uses lightning better than anybody and didnt zetsu say sasuke tammed lightining

Sasuke <-------- Hahahha.......Alive probably Darui the black lightning is crazy and he always uses lightning he just has great understanding of it and is a master with it......Plus he focus on his lightning above everything else he does because he wasn't given the gift of the eternal troll eyes that grant the power of the sage......But dead would have to be the Third Raikage because he not only created and mastered the black lightning but he was also able to do all the lightning techs that A can do......He was truly awesome!!!!

Out of everyone we have seen using Raiton I would actually have to say the "Best" Lightning users are....in not any particular order

Raikage - Shrouds himself in lightning to make himself stronger and faster

Sasuke - Used RAW lightning to attack

Kakashi - Fast and strong enough to cut a lightning bolt in half with his own lightning tech

Hate to admit it, but Kirin and Chidori Stream really do give Sasuke the edge in my book. I'm still all about some of Darui's Black Lightning Panther and Storm Release though.
