best indie band right now?

a quick thread/poll about which is the best indie band in this selection. if you choose other then please name the band you believe is the best.
mine has to be arctic monkeys. menomena was very close thou.

Well Modest Mouse has been constantly putting out great music, but Arcade Fire's live show is one of the tops in the world right now. So it's a tough decision. I'd have to say Arcade Fire is my favorite at the moment.

I think Modest Mouse and Franz Ferdinand are the only ones from your list that I actually like, so.. one of those two.

Young the Giant is best out there and still coming up most def!
check them out and you wont be disappointed!

Frightened Rabbit and The National are also two ridiculous good bands that you don't have on their. I'd give them a listen if you haven't heard of them.

frighten rabbit are good as are other bands i did not mention i.e metric mgmt tu fawning, phoenix, grizzy bear, good shoes. but theres just too much to name.
