i think that it would have to be the third hokage, he taught the 3 sannin and he had an aray of very powerful jutsu, the 4th was powerful aswell and he died saving the village, it goes like this

1.3rd hokage
2.4th hokage

Naruto isnt even hokage yet why is he on the list ...i mean he he could be a powerful hokage but until then he shouldnt be on this list

I'm talking about ability. The Third Hokage has been claimed as the greatest of all time, many times. Naruto may eventually become the greatest but not yet.

Well 1st had Moukton (wood style), which was never made before and after him(except tenzou but he is a clone). 2nd had complete control of water, and was able to do 1 handed seals which is badass by itself. 3rd was pronouced the strongest kage of his generation. 4th was Minato.

Gonna have to go with Minato here.

My vote goes with the very much underrated Shodaime Hokage: Hashirama Senju.

Yondaime Hokage: Minato Namikaze was a another good one but in my opinion the original Hokage is the best.​
