From the Anime it would have to be Naruto four tails vs Orochimaru truly epic. It would be Pein vs Naruto but the Animation killed it for me I still enjoyed it though.

In shippuden maybe naruto vs. pain you now sage mode is just amazing but on my opinion the best fight ever has to be madara vs minato when kushina is fighting the fox inside narutos body and telling naruto his story. The little fight of speed between madara and minato, despite it being so short, is amazing and you get to see minato in action...

I like how each of them(except Karin) had a one on one battle with him then they had to come at him at once. They may not have been winning the battle but they still looked cool in the process. It's like getting your ass kicked with style.
