Jiraiya, Minato and Kushina had well-respected and developed deaths; they were also really heroic.
I did not like Neji's death for some reasons:
He ain't even got enough screentime before death
It was rushed; even Konan had a much better death and she was much more of a side character
Right after his death; Naruhina moments came. Dafuq i know he is a fictional character but his death could get much more of respect instead forcing a pairing on it.

Yahiko was fodder. He was important to the plot, sure, but he was a fodder, just like Sakura, Hinata etc.

Best death is Minato's by far. He protected his village and gave his son the power to fight Madara while also letting him see his parents.

Kimimaro had a pretty cool death, in my opinion.
Zabuza had a sweet death, just charging past a majority of the mercenaries and letting them stab him just to behead Gato.
Jiraiya's death was the most memorable, coming back to life to just send a message.
And I think Sasori had a cool death too, accepting his fate and letting himself be killed.

Those are the deaths I think are the best and can't decide who's the best, death wise.
