No, your list is just plain stupid.
It doesn't count if a county is beautiful because you are talking abot Nuclear Weapons, Polotical Power and stuff. Most of those Countries don't have Nuclea Weapons and then you suddenly said "other stuf were taken into my decisions".
So how the **** are we supposed to vote if we don't know how you judge those countries?

Don't bother with a troll, its not his fault that his mom dropped him many, many times...
To tell you the truth rating the best country is opinion based most of the time, also each country has bad things so it also matters the location of the country.
