My favorite scene is the end of Half Measures, episode 12, season 3. Where Walt runs the two drug dealers over, shoots the one that is still alive in the head, and tells Jesse to run.

Yeah that scene was awesome
Dexter is also very good, i think i actually prefer Dexter over breaking bad but that's just because of season 4..never looked at John Lithgow the same again.

Season 4 of Dexter is my favorite. John Lithgow is an awesome villain. I liked him as the antagonist in Cliff Hanger and Ricochet.
