Best Arc of Naruto

3. the one in which Jiraiya & Naruto finds tsunade & we see Sannin showndown also Rasengan in action
4. the one in which Sasugay gets his ass Whooped by all the five kages then gets his ass saved by Tobi & Karin which is also known as Five kage summit
5. the one in which Naruto meets killer bee Trains with him & Gai Hits Hirudora on Kisames Overconfident ass
6. the one in which we see kimmimaro & Gaara fight along with Drunken Lee better known as Sasugay retrival arc

The Pain one was really good. Unfortunately, the animators for the anime decided to screw around at some very key points.

It should be noted that the war arc is not even a decent arc. Almost everything about it was handled poorly, from the edos being made to look like fodder, to Naruto relying on too many people for help when he should be able to handle himself by now, and too many more problems than should not be discussed in this thread.

I will have to say that the Sasuke Retrieval Arc was the best arc, which had the most important development for the two main characters. The next best arc would be the Chunnin Exams arc, which introduced most of the characters. The Pein Invasion arc was great because it finally showed that Naruto could put up a fight against Kage level opponents.

And seeing as I fanboy over Shikamaru everytime he catches someone with shadow possession, that arc was great for me

Land Of Waves Arc and Chuunin Exam Arc from Part 1! I get goosebumps whenever I think of those fights. Just, raw and simplistic Naruto and badass Kurama and Kakashi! Also, those fights between Gaara and Lee, omg! It was raw and brilliant. Gaara's bloodlust and all, I wanted Naruto's story to be that way! From Part 2, well Pein Invasion arc and Ten-Tails Revival Arc.

1. Itachi Pursuit Arc: I waited to long for the final battle between Sasuke and Itachi. It was exciting to see Sasuke as the protagonist of the story.

2. Chunin Exam Arc: The longest Arc of Naruto I. Back in the old days, I was amazed by the appearance of Orochimaru. I loved the fights in the Foest of Death, because the young shinobi had to rely on their stealth and their intellect to survive. Gaaras mysterious, dark nature was also quite intriguing.

3. Invasion of Pain Arc: The first climax of Naruto Shippuden. I was interested in the revelations about Itachi and the mystery behind the Rinnengan. Pain was an interesting enemy- and who was suspecting that the manga could get so philosophic?

4. Sasuke Retrieval Arc: I enjoyed the fights, especially those between Tayuya and Shikamaru and Sasuke and Naruto. The rivalry between Naruto and Sasuke reached its first climax.
