Mine would be the Sasuke retrieval arc in part 1
In part 2, I'd pick the arc where Itachi and Sasuke fought. I had been waiting for rage moment since part 1 and was more than satisfied with not only the fight but that whole arc in general.

Pt 1: All of them, Sasuke Retrieval had the most feels though - opening 5 honestly makes that arc for me (is that weird?)
