Kakashi's lightning chain and Guy's gates seem to be the strongest... I can't think of em all but Yamato's, Zabuza's (triple water dragon ftw!), and Minato's are cool
And I think he means the awakening actions not the actual awakenings, the things that replace support.

Well, i thought it was Minato's awakening actions cuz of his kunais, i mean he can just use tilt and trick the target and then use awakening actions. I thought it was him, but Sasuke EMS awakening actions? How does it looks like?

He doesn't have awakening actions, but his jutsu is cool
Oh masked man's seems useful, and Danzo's is very useful since it gives you subs back.
