As the title says, which characters from storm 3 has the best and strongest awakening actions????

Kakashi's lightning chain and Guy's gates seem to be the strongest... I can't think of em all but Yamato's, Zabuza's (triple water dragon ftw!), and Minato's are cool

And I think he means the awakening actions not the actual awakenings, the things that replace support.

Well, i thought it was Minato's awakening actions cuz of his kunais, i mean he can just use tilt and trick the target and then use awakening actions. I thought it was him, but Sasuke EMS awakening actions? How does it looks like?
