It'd be tough to do it without info, especially Deidara's C4 and Hidan's Blood Ritual. Also, what do we know about Rinnegan Tobi, and how would Madara even hit him if he can be intangible and stuff.

Nagato would beat him, Itachi would beat him, and Deidara would beat him (I think), and MAYBE Sasori. Nonetheless, he can't beat every single one.

1. In the post you quoted, the person was talking about the Third Kazekage, (Of the Sand Village)

a true shinobi does not require intel
there are shinobi out there that can analyze the situation that they are in and adapt there fighting styles very quickly
examples would be (minato, itachi, sasuke, shikamaru, shino, etc.)
to be able to adapt is what a shinobi must be able to do
you cannot state someone's strengths but not their weaknesses
most of akatsuki were beaten because akatsuki was filled with S-rank ninjas that were too full of themselves. they led themselves to their own downfall.

Madara cannot defeat the entire Akatsuki.

Tobi has 6 jinchuurikis, S/T, rinnegan and Sharingan simultaneously, Gedo Mazo, Amber Purifying Pot(one word or no words and Madara is sealed in the pot).
