And the speed of the spin depends on the user and how u use it. Since you're spinning on the heel of ur foot (or feet), u wanna control your spin, so u dont trip or get dizzy.

now this time when u exhale, create a ring of fire, any size. but in battle, you should make one that completely surrounds your opponent and is close to him/her, so that way he/she will have to find a way around it.
