Am I the one who has to say it? What the ****** happened to Bellamy? he looks terrible now. Why are his arms so big but his head still the same size?

In one piece the art changes helped some but hurt characters. bellamy wont show up much so just let it go.

He isn't meant to be taken seriously....he tried to attack Lucy(luffy)....he might be the only character that I have genuinely hated

I can see why people hate him, but I don't dislike or like him as a character personally :/
