None of those 4 are fit to be SHs as I mentioned in the OP. Luffy would never accept Barto if he left his crewmates to die. Cavendish doesn't like Supernovas. Dressrosa is suffering a lot of damage with a bunch of toys turning back into people, Doflamingo being defeated and replaced, and there is a lot of high level fights going on that will destroy a LOT of infrastructure, Dressrosa will need its princess. Ucy is just fodder. Nami and Ussop could low diff him and Ucy would get destroyed if the SHs fought a powerful enemy. Not to mention that he is a bull and wont understand anything the crew is saying.

You really should start paying more attention to the backstories.

* How would Barto leave his crew to die ? Leaving behind is something different than leaving to die. He even avenged his crewmate that got done in by Maynard. How would it be different from Franky who left his crew behind, or even Sanji on the baratie. It's not like those people die instantly if he is not around. And if they do it's their own faults not because Barto wasn't there to hold their hands.

* Cavendish doesn't hate Supernova's, he hates the people who steal his thunder. If he would be on the same ship al Luffy and Zoro of the worst generation I think he would be pretty happy because of all the attention he would get. Besides Cavendish is a Supernova himself.

* Dressrosa needs a princess without charisma or leadership ? I think they need Riku or Kyros as new king who know what they're doing.

Strawhat will never recruit a pirate from another crew. Why would he put his trust in somebody who abandons their nakama?

Usopp had the Usopp pirates, Sanji was with the pirate chefs, Robin had tons of crews she backstabbed, Franky had his own gang he left behind and Brook was technically in another crew as well. Even if they were dead yohohoho. So that isn't a reason for Luffy not to recruit. Besides he already asked Law to join. Law also has a crew.

Their next captain, Gambia, got fodderized by Maynard, they wouldn't last a second in the NW without Bartolomeo. The Barto Club is defferent from the Franky Family because Barto isn't the only one that's wanted by the WG, but Franky was the only one with a bounty in the Franky Family unlike the Barto Club, so he would be putting his men in danger since the Marines would hunt him down in Water 7.
