Nruto wouldwin, bee can't do anything about his speed so his tailed beast balls are useless whereas Naruto is just raw power with all his rasengan varianst and his Partially rasengan tailed beast ball he would take this fight.

bee would win he was able to keep up with yandaime so there is no problem about naruto speed and he is a better jinchuuriki, he can go fullbeast plus samehada i mean naruto right now is not stronger than bee.this not a fact is my point view.
dude 4th could have instantly killed him but did not and was just talking to A and afterwards the fact that a guy has been standing there for four seconds, tha is when Kb puts a sword and threatens the fourth does not mean that he can keep up with minato or naruto.

even without kyubi mode naruto would win with sage mode with high difficulty now its more like mid with naruto controlling the kyubi IMO
