Bee vs. Mangetsu

Disregarding Bee's status as a jinchuuriki, the battle is strictly based on their skills as swordsmen.

Bee - can use his Seven Swords Dance (whose movements even Sasuke's MS couldn't predict)

Mangetsu - can use all the Seven Swordsmen's blades (including Samehada)

True, but he apparently had Suigetsu's technique and supposedly could use all seven swords, so we can get a good estimation of his skills.

He used them all seperately, he has the liquifying technique and was skilled with water jutsu. Is that enough data? Besides, I said based on their skills as swordsmen, who would win.
