Seems like people are confusing taijutsu with kenjutsu. I thought taijutsu was hand to hand combat only
In kenjutsu, bee is clearly the best and the only person that could rival him is mifune and mangetsu.

Anyway madara's speed is greater than bee's.
His taijutsu technique is superior to bee's.
Bee might have the strength advantage
Madara has the reflex advantage with the sharigan.

Overall madara will outclass bee in a taijutsu fight
