Madara is probably better at kenjutsu than Sasuke. (Remember guys he is not Sasuke). Madara is probably excellent in taijutsu but seeing how Bee specialty is Taijutsu than I give this to Bee because of lack of info.

That being said, I believe Madara would win in a taijutsu battle.

If it were a Kenjutsu battle I would probably go with Bee or draw.
