I put them against stronger opponents because I wanted to test their limits. Which do they win and which do they lose?

To be honest, even team 1 gives them a great fight. Lee overwhelms Mei, after all he uses six gates.
Lee demolishes Mei faster than Tsunade overwhelms Neji and Shikamaru, especially with latter being able to restrain Tsunade with shadows. Then it's a Neji, Lee and Shikamaru against Tsunade. Just a superficial thinking.
