(Suiton: Seibun Hōfutsu) - Water Style: Water Heavens Convergence

I do the required hand seals, Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger which allows me to forcefully rise water from the ground below me. The water surrounds the front of me like a wall, making a defense, though it can be used simply to create a water source. A downfall of this technique is the hand seals unless you're a primary water specialty.​

Good. Now moving on. My training method will consist of you performing the technique first and then providing me a little bit of analysis in paragraph format consisting of advantages, disadvantages, counters and combinations. So let's roll.

Really easy one. You gather your suiton chakra in you hand and then manipulate it to form the jet of water. It is essentially a stream jutsu and hence you can't use other jutsus, when this technique is active. It is pretty fast and typically seen to be useful against smoke based attacks, due to its nature. Problem is, it is pretty weak. Try it out on my clone over there and give me analysis.

Description: This Technique allows the user to properl themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users prescence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.


This one as the name indicates is essentially a 'ninja swimming' technique. Gather chakra and jump in the water source near you. After that release the gathered chakra while converting it into the water chakra and release it, which will help you to propel yourself through the water source. You can use this ability to conceal your presence partially, though make sure that the water source is large enough.
Chelsea forms a clone that stands at the farthest end of the lake near you.
Travel through the lake and then take down my clone and analyze. Ask questions if you have any.

The first technique is a pretty swift technique that lacks only in the power department. With simply aiming the hand at a target, whether it be the palm or fist, I'd be able to produce a quick jet of water that would strike them with decent force at best. It's useful because it needs no hand seals, while on the other hand it lacks range which pretty much evens it out.

The second technique is one that can only be used in very specific terrain; medium to large sources of water to be exact. When inside a water source, I'd be capable of propelling myself at high speeds with chakra control. This allows me to evade techniques within water while also partially concealing my exact location.

Doesn't have to be wallies or even the same for each one, I just need to be sure you clearly understand the jutsu before moving on. Using an already existing source of water + a decent amount of hand seals, I'll control the water into a spiraling stream that attacks in numerous angles. I guess it's good because due to the description it can be used in numerous ways that doesn't restrict exactly what it can do. But needs a water source for it.

(Suiton: Daibakuryuu) - Water Release: Great Exploding Current

A simple technique that could be very useful if used properly tbvh. It can only be used on a water source but clearly that makes sense due to how it works. Controlling the water beneath a target we can make a sucking affect that would drag them underwater with efficient speeds. Due to the lack of detail, I'm guessing I can make the suction happen within a mid range radius and not just a small spot within mid range?

This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds

A pretty dope technique that definitely combines well with fire release unlike other water techniques. Using our chakra we creat a mist that is near instantly becomes a cloud that is movable by our will and chakra control. Once we move it where we want, we make it rain down the flammable oil to cover it. It'll be useful to cover an opponent in because if he used fire techniques he'd be lit on fire by his own technique.

(Suiton: Takitsubo) - Water Release: Waterfall Basin

A technique that uses a few hand seals to create a mass amount of water even where there's no water veins in the area. It is used in the form of a wave that expands to create a water source usable for training or other water techniques.

(Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets

A pretty sneaky technique to use once you've created a water clone. Using your chakra control you'd be able to turn the clone back into water, specifically in the form of 4 pointed projectiles aimed to pierce through them.

I really like Black Clouds lol. And yeah I remember when I was still training and didn't have access to normal clones I would use the water clones, and as a last resort attack use water tendril bullets with them. Decent combo's can be made. Alright, moving on..

(Suiton: Mizu Yashiken no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Palm Blade Technique
A technique that combines the use of Taijutsu combinations to create an opening for a water release attack. I'd use a short series of kicks and punches to knock my target into the air, which would then be followed up by a swing of my arm while they're in close range still. This releases a crescent blade of water that slices the target with minor cutting capabilities

( Suiton: Mizu Hashira Suiryoku no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Pillar Thrust
A decent and useful technique that can be used in numerous ways. Creating water from the ground, I'd make a pillar of water that allows me to push/lift a target into the air. This can be used to throw someone off balance, push them into a position to be better attacked, or even push myself out of the way of something.

( Suiton: Haretsu sui Yashi ) - Water Release: Water Bursting Palm
A straight forward technique which requires a hand seal in close range. The ram hand seal allows me to form spiraling water around my arm, which I'd thrust forward to shoot the water as a projectile. The water would damage and push the target back, but nothing really fatal at all. I think it's a risky move since it's close range, and needs a hand seal before actually forming the water. This gives people ample time to mess me up before it actually happens.

(Suiton: Seisuiryū ) - Water Release: Azure Water Stream

A technique that combines swordsmanship and water release. I'd create a flowing pool of water which carries me towards the target, where i can do multiple strikes with my blade. I think the movement part is pretty dope, with its ability to move mid-range it can easily be used as an evasive technique.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip

A straight forward technique that uses a stream of water transformed with shape manipulation to create a thick whip. The whip is then used to knock a target back with pure force. I think this is a very limited technique since it can only be used in a close range vicinity.

( Suiton: Shawā ) - Water Release: Showers

A pretty good water technique that can be used at a range without the need of a pre existing water source. By either condensing water vapors above oneself or using a swipe of the hand, i can shoot a volley of water needles aimed to pierce a selected target. I like this since it seems like a swift technique that can easily be used with a follow up technique for a combination of some sort; Like using electricity to empower them.​

I simply spit out water that is shaped into a senbon (assuming the size of an average senbon) that is aimed at a target and is apparently difficult to avoid. Upon impact, it'll burst/explode, causing blunt damage. I wanna say this can be dangerous if worded properly. Since it is a senbon, it will initially pierce, right? So the moment it pierces it shoild explode and open the wound wider. Sucks it's limited to close range

Simple yet very useful. With the small series of hand seals (would be a much better technique without hand seals but hey) that lets us create water in the palm. Once the water is created, we blast it in a desired direction to create a spiraling wall of water that can be used as a pretty good attack or a formidable defense. Also pretty good for obscuring visions (making a wall between me and the target) so i can do a sort of surprise attack.

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

( Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

One of the best water jutsu in my personal opinion. Using a water source, I'd be able to shape the water into a massive serpentine dragon which i can control at will to do my bidding. It's legit very versatile, be able to carry me for supplemental purposes like evading, or attacking or defending from things. Really dope technique yet simple.

(Suiton: Suiryūben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip

A technique where i create a decent sized orb of water that brings out numerous razor edged whip-like tendrils that are directed to attack a target. Something cool to do with this is like throwing up kunai with flash bombs attached to it, having the whips drag the kunai along with them as they shoot forwards so they can then detonate, creating a flash that blinds the targets as i attack. Lol

(Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri) - Water Release: Rising Water Slicer

A simple technique that simply uses a single hand seal to create a jet shaped (basically a fin shape tbh) blade of water that runs across the ground. It can cut through solid structures so it is good offensively but doesn't really hold any good defensive capabilities. This can be used mostly to make the targets evade into the air or move from their original position if they don't want to be hit with something that will cut through them.

A cool technique that uses a series of hand seals to create a large serpent of water that has a gaping jaw. The Serpent attacks the target, with the user controlling it, and once it has met its target it will turn into a great river of water that will carry them away right after the impact of the snake damages them. I like the fact that it creates a source of Water afterwards, so you can follow up with a technique that requires an existing water source to perform.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

A useful technique that is similar to the water orb technique Zabuza used in part 1 naruto. Instead of using the hand to create water around someone, you do it at a distance, raising water from below them to entrap them in an orb of water that will prevent them from moving while they are stuck drowning.
