Nope. He already had extracted the Juubi and split it when he created the moon. He did the moon for the purpose of sealing there the Juubi Shell. He did it on his deathbed, old and weakened after extraction. Creation of All Things is Senju+Uchiha, it's got nothing with Juubi. Even intelligence-wise, they're still uncomparable. He was the only one able to defeat the God Tree, the Juubi. And powers alone aren't enough. He was able to foreshadow things such as the re-unity of the Tailed Beasts, and also he was able to understand and teach ninshuu. Uncomparable.

Madara merely made a living clone of himself, Black Zetsu, in which he let his will take care of things. He had the power to do all that stuff, because he was the only one with EMS at that time, and the only one able to understand what Hagoromo wrote there about combining Senju and Uchiha. Also, the reason why he had EMS wasn't because of intelligence, but because he combined his and his brother's MS eyes and got EMS. That's about it.

Actually, weren't it for Kabuto's Edo Tensei, I'm very doubtful that Obito would have sacrificed his life to use Rinne Tensei on Madara. You talk of how Hagoromo was "given" those powers by birth, yet you forget that: he was also given since birth the power to wield the Sharingan, he STOLE Hashirama's power thanks to which he increased his chakra, and assure himself new jutsus such as Mokuton, and thanks to the stolen Senju DNA he was able to attain the Rinnegan. Now he also stole Hashirama's Sage Mode. So honestly, I think Madara is much more of a thief than Hagoromo / Kaguya. Hell, he even stole his brother's eyes.

Also, you talk of "irresponsible doings" of Rikudou Sennin, yet if it weren't for his "irresponsible doings" Juubi would have destroyed the world, or at least humankind. In so6p, like what ive said i give some credit for him as of course a plot the strongest char, due to plot and thats all folfs period, i am pointing out that irresponsible doing and still on his death-bed not reviving himself for a cause of threat or much more worst threat in future like madara to monitor the nv, forever, but choosing until now naruto as his hope(which bijuu accept the true power of so6p him for naruto) the irresponsible is pertaining to god tree is innocent then kaguya steal for it then give the power to so6p therefore the criminal doing for this was kaguya and so6p cause they are the ones in which the tree was innocent and peace while they stealing/thief it while god tree was at peace the tree was getting the power to really belong!!! if kaguya did not steal those power to god tree while @ peace so therefore no cursed in shinobi-that is an irresponsible doing of s06p, he has no rightful judgement to accused god tree is innocent while so6p choose his mother thief/criminal doing? Why did you feel the need to edit my post? Anyway. I don't completely understand what you're trying to say. We're not talking here about Edo Tensei or Rinne Tensei. It's not about what revives him, it's about getting revived. And as I said, weren't it for Kabuto's Edo Tensei, Obito would have never revived Madara, with neither Rinne Tensei.

Also, about Rikudou Sennin reviving himself before the death (?), why would he do that. When he supposedly left spiritually left this world, aka died, there was peace. He left Senju & Uchiha, who, if worked together, would have attained real peace. It's not his fault that the cursed hate of the Uchiha messed up everything. Also, don't blame Hagoromo for what his mother did. It wasn't his fault that he was born with chakra, nor that his mother took the forbidden fruit. Rikudou Sennin did nothing irresponsible.

Also, you're heavily confusing reviving with defying death. It's a complete different thing. If Madara was indeed "defying death" he'd have never died. He didn't let himself die, he just had no choice. Even with the Gedo Mazou attached to him, he still held no chance whatsoever to survive. That's why he, just as Rikudou Sennin, entrusted his ideals to his successor, Obito in Madara's case. Otherwise he'd have never given Rinnegan to Nagato, and would have collected the Bijuu himself, revive the Juubi and do everything he does now.

But he couldn't, because, as I said, he didn't defy death, but only postponed it.

The SoT6P I'd guess was satisfied with the legacy he was leaving behind and confident that his will would live on through his sons and had no reason to want to stick around any longer than he needed to
