This was requested by a staff member so here are some things to help you be a better mod. I will gladly suggest more ways to be a better mod to this staff member and all other staff members if needed. Im sure there are rules for mods but its not cutting it at this point. I honestly hope these can be taken into consideration and will be put into effect immediately and enforced.
Do not try to black mail members.
Do not delete/close a thread because of the actions of others.
Do not delete/close a thread because it makes you rustled.
Do not threatened to ban a member because they are right.
Do not delete/close threads without properly evaluating it.
