Bazz-B, tough fight but I think he'd still win.
Only because he was able to protect himself from the old mans flames.

Feat wise Renji wins, he just showed more than Bazz-B.

In the end i see Bazz-B being more powerful than Renji. Bazz-B owned captain level shinigami with just two fingers and he have 10 he also had his feet (he can shot that fire attack for feets also), maybe he even can use some double finger attack or something like that. And on top of that he has Vollstandig and his flames were able to match Yamamoto's.
So by assumption Bazz-B take this match up with not much diff.

Maybe we will get to see this fight in the manga. Battle of hot heads, Bazz-B vs Renji with help of Grimmjow.
