what do u mean? only ones weve been taught? because take for example im a chuunin so i can use up to c rank techniques not even those? and i taught someone kirin does that count?

Unless you have a tecnique taught to you and your a good rank.
EXAMPLE; I have Shikke Seppun, an S rank jutsu, which at the moment ONLY I know.
You can use that. If your like, ok Kirin, and you havent learned it/arent CLOSE to the rank to use it, you cannot.

Kirin is an S rank, Chidori A rank.
Ill allow you to use Chidori SINCE you are sasukeNo nagashi or Kirin. You arent ready for it yet. Your level isnt even jounin/anbu.

I use Chakra Sensing Rain, followed with Hidden Mist Jutsu.
