well not a bad counter, your first jutsu lets you know that you are vulnerable to the sides and from above. Notice in my attack i create four pillars of wind that surround you. so you aren't just attacked from the front.
the underground escape was nice, but the making of the clone was kind of a waste of chakra but nice diversion.
*as the wall of earth erupts in front of you i release chakra into the sky causing it to rain. the rain in endowed with my chakra so i sense whatever it touches.
as you pop up behind me i swing my fist around hitting you in the face to the ground. I jump backwards a spit out a huge amount of mud that solidifies into a wall trapping you beneath*

If it's raining you creating a lightning armor around yourself would only cause you to be shocked greatly. also recall my wind jutsu attacks you from all sides, while it combines with my fire to form fire tornados. your clone would have been dispersed by now. (although i did give you a break by using the rain jutsu)

and while u turn to throw the kunai at my clone i cause a mud river to appear right where u stand causing u to loose balance
then i quickly emit the dragon fire out of my mouth at u!!

Nice attempt, but as the jutsu specifies it's only for certain stone techniques. If i had launched a solid large hunk of stone at you, you would be able to merge with the stone. becoming stone then simply merge out. What you attempted to do was have bits of the rock shoot through you as if you water.
Your counter to my throwing of the kunai would have been worked well. Idk about him resurfacing after falling into a pit unto rocks and what not.
So give countering my last attacking post another shot. You can keep the part about the mud and fire jutsu afterward if you want.

Hmm so as i see u using chidori on the slabs with my 1 tomoe i quickly spit out some earth which then solidifies into a large wall before me

A much better counter than the last one.
*as i am pulled underground i continue to go under fully beneath the ground. You feel a tug on your leg as you are then pulled into the ground. As soon as i make contact with you i place a (chakra) fuuin upon your leg. Sealing most of your chakra.*
