Alright so we're starting anew.

*As Caius says this, both ninken retreat behind him, standing on the same side as they were before except, a meter behind their master instead of being in front of him. Caius then proceeds to weave the snake hand-seal, reels himself back as his cheeks inflate before, releasing from his mouth a large volume of water onto the ground.

Konan take a moment to inhale the fresh breeze that accompany the wave of water, she look up to see Caius floating in the air; according to the description, Caius and his ninkens would be in front of the wave(above the wave tho).
Konan channel her doton chakra into the earth, making it shoot out a blunt pillar of earth underneath konan feet, the pillar would push her into the air heading toward him, she jump off the pillar at mid range and continue toward him.
With her left hand she concentrate lightning bolt, using it to strike the dogs "don't get in my way" she shouted at the dogs as she still travel toward him.
At close range to him, now konan would be able to vividly see his formed hand seal she decide to take no risk, she bend her head toward the ground, she suck in air and release a burst of wind out her mouth, the wind would push her higher than(above) Caius current height, "she has the higher ground" she thought and should ensure it stays that way. She been above him she perform a forward flip followed by a drop kick using her right leg, the kick would make impact at the same time he attempt to look up to see konan.
The force konan applied on the kick would be powerful enough to send him crashing into the ground and in the way of the water wave.
"Can dogs swim?" she questioned herself.

Konan taken aback by the appearance of fireballs around her, decide to take advantage of the already charged bolt, she form lightning on her right hand then shape shift the bolt from her left hand and lightning entity from her right hand to turn into a body size shield protecting her from the fireballs. This would cause a smokescreen to occur.
Konan escape and now floating down below caius, konan observe her smoky cape and it gave her an idea, she pull out six shuriken from her bag and ignite it with fire then throw it toward him and his ninkens, she followed this with a forceful clap with both her hands, the collision of her hands would produce a vibrant breeze, she direct the breeze toward the shuriken making them travel faster and further.
Four shurikens would hit underneath caius left and right leg while the other two would hit the ninkens underbelly.
Konan now free-falling from the sky kept her full attention on him, to see the outcome.

Since I stopped your lightning burn from going through in the last move then, there is no need to subtract chakra points from that point and any move that followed it(wind stream) so, your chakra is 960 in stead of 940. Keep in mind the first move always goes through no one can interrupt it, same goes for the enemy. Also the 15+15 you can also take that out. Not sure were that's coming from since we started the training over so, in this case its 990 CC you have left. >_>

Caius holds his arms up in front of him, with his hands clenched in an X-shaped manner as if he were to block an attack, taking on the full brunt of the fire shuriken and wind blast as it threw him back. Meanwhile, his ninken respond by spinning furiously from opposite sides and slamming their drills in between her like a sandwich.*

the extra +15 was from the lightning bolt earlier, thanks for the correction
Notice your last jutsu, it means Caius and konan are still within short range of each other.
Konan observe as the ninkens approach her from either side. sending a dog to do a man's job she mocked. Instantly as the ninkens make contact she liquid-ify her body turning her main body,head and legs into water, the ninkens would pass through and head(fang) clash together(am not too sure of the result of this but I assume they will knock each other out).
Konan use one of the ninkens as a platform, with her solidify hands she raise her liquid body above the ninken, when her body is completely off the ninken she proceed to cancel the jutsu.
She turn to look at caius giving him a mean look, she hate hurting animals. Konan ensure she doesn't lose her cool despite this, while keeping her sight on caius, she gather lightning chakra on both hand then join them together to form a ball of electricity energy (note she is standing on one of the dog).
Konan launch the ball of energy at him, aiming for his chest.

oh I see. Btw you can't soldify parts of your body while keeping others parts in a liquid state that's something only the Hozuki clan can do. And naw they're drills would cancel since they are both of equal power. I'll assume once you completely solidify you release the lightning attack at me.

Konan clap her hands together releasing a harsh wind, the wind will send the shuriken flying off target there by missing her. With konan still in the air, she draw out a scroll from her garment and un-seal it, many kunais emerge from the scroll.
Each of the kunais is attach to a chakra thread from her. Konan stretch forth her right hand and the kunais travel toward caius and his pets, konan use her left hand to control some of the kunais to travel from the left and right side. The kunais in front will be first to make contact followed by those on the right then the left.
Then konan proceed to drop down to the ground still keeping sight of caius.

I just realized that lightning ball is restricted to Ameyuri and Raiga bios now so, our moves don't happen. You gotta watch out for that and yeah you too xD
And I believe my shuriken would be caught in the gale, eventually lose its spin and be overpowered by the wind, carried back like a kite and continue on towards me. I can't think of anything so, I lose. U______U
I've got nothing else to say except, that the rest of your training I leave to you. You just have to keep practicing and eventually you'll get the hang of it. Oh and don't let people who go for technicalities or complain over every little thing just to win get to you or get you down. If they don't want to have fun and just end the match quickly then that's their problem.
