Battle Test For the 1st, 2nd hokage +More

Ok.. Im back on this.... I say this because once again.. Scorch and Blast are SO restricted but... all those bios kill scorch and blast TOGETHER... ANYDAY! even if its Blorch Release. U_U

1st Hokage: Why in the bloody blue hell is the 1st hokage not a battle test? Like... This dude is getting more op and more op as each manga episode comes out.. You will more than likley see every person on NP rping as the 1st hokage sooner or later

2nd Hokage: Why isnt he a battle test... like he was said to have space time AND edo.... EDO... Yea Im confused.. and I know people will say we havent seen him use space time.. but it was said he can.. so technically you can submit customs for him space/time wise

Itachi: Personally this isnt a big deal but i feel it should. We never seen itachi with 1 tomoe so in my eyes he never had it. He just skipped it like Obito... and not giving him atleast 3 tomoe off the back plus all the moves he can do is a bit underkill.... I think itachi should have a battle test...

Deidara: A suicide person. who can kill with just one jutsu.... He is too op to NOT be a battle test.....

Tsunade: She can pratically turn immortal and with one punch half of ur body is gone... and she isnt a battle?


I know Im missing more.. But yea... those are the ones I can think of off the back

I have always liked your ideas brother teno, but there is a first time for everything ,and i must say i disagree with all your ideas and suggestion regarding the battle test rules,sorry. There are already restriction for this biographies,in my opinion a biography test is not needed.A reputation For the idea though,making the effort to help naruto base is what counts.

1 st hokage: it depends on how you use teh wood release i know of a bunch of jutsu to reply to that wood dragon that are canon same goes with his flower jutsu,

second hokage: we ahven't seen it so it doesn't count

itachi: the only test he needs is ms test tahts why he's not restcied ( plus uchiha ARE restcied already bet you obito gets teh same deal for his sharingan no ms unless you pass teh test)

tsuande: for like 3 moves >_>plus can't revive or heal whats been complely anilated ( detsroy her whole body in one go)

OMG!!!! Haku.. I was thinking the same thing.. I do NOT think mei need a battle test. Cause technically you can say Dodai got 2 kg.(though he dont) He has rubber AND lava... she has lava AND mist.. which mist is SO counterable

and there is alot of canon jutsus to counter the 1st hokage jutsus but still

Hashimara:Up till now I havent seen a real reason to make him a bio test in my eyes.He is already restricted to mastery of Water and Earth and he doesnt have all that oped stuff you claim as Yamato bios can do all that stuff,as well as Danzo and Obito(yet to be implemented i guess)

Tobirama:First of we dont even know what space time ninjutsu he uses and just cause he can do Edo Tensai one needs Nexus's permission to have it on there bios which im sure later would require Kinjutsu Training.

Itachi:Smh dude he aint worthy for bio testing except for his MS which is avabliable so why would they make us test for his bio then still test for MS :| might as well put it all in one bio test with his MS included

Diedara:T_T man he falls under Blast Release Restrictions which he uses,all he does is variat by infusing them with Clay.

1st Hokage: True, it was shown that he's incredibly strong in the manga/anime. Hell, the wood element can block Bijuu attacks and suppress the bijuu. I think he should be restricted a bit more, perhaps, but battle test would probably be going too far.

2nd Hokage: In the anime/manga, he's skilled but on here, he's a fodder ninja. Anyone that has permission can learn Edo so that's no big deal. The Space/time thing...it was said that he can use it, but to what extent? He can't use it like Minato, with the kunai. He can't use it like Obito/Kakashi with his Sharingan so we have no idea what his limits are with Space/Time, thus why it's not included for him in the RP so I see no reason for a battle test.

Itachi: Obito was shown unlocking his sharingan, starting at 2 tomoe. I doubt Itachi gained his Sharingan and it was already at the 3 tomoe stage. The only reason Sasuke started with one tomoe was due to introductory/ explanatory reasons in the manga, to further explain what each level could do. If we restrict Itachi to a battle test, then the same should be did with Sasuke and Kakashi, who only become OPed with their MS, which is already almost unobtainable so it's really no point.

Tsunade: Yeah, I'm gonna leave that where it's at.

Deidara: I can blow myself up with one technique. Hell, I can literally blow the earth up with one technique. Should I be a battle test character? @_@

If that's the case, then just use water to combat the MS and Amaterasu. It ain't as easy as you make it to be. When you can make a ****ing forest without being in contact with the earth and then clap and make it explode, we got a real problem on our hands.

The opponent can fly and go above ground, all jutsu can be countered or must have a weakness.

Yeah, sorry but Itachi's logic doesn't imply to our RP. Going above ground with a wood jutsu that created a city sized forest is created doesn't really help, nor does flying (even more so at the fact that no one can fly except mu and onoki, both restricted to battle tests...). Not all jutsu can be countered easily by the basic ninja. The point being, the weaknesses of some elements are not as effective as the weaknesses of others. It might be counterable, but not very effectively with cannons. But that's another topic for another thread.
