Uh huh. . Other than that being a bad match up, and Kisame lacking his main weapon. . That's like saying you ONLY lost to the body builder in an arm wrestleling contest. Gai is a marvelous Green Beast who has shown a great skill in taijutsu. Without a doubt the premier Taijutsu user of this manga.

There is no shame in losing to a shinobi such as Gai.

Kisame outclasses Mei in a lot of categories imo. Mid Diff Battle...people need to stop overhyping the Kage title...a Kage is pretty much an S rank ninja, some Kages outclass others just as ninjas in any categories (genins, chunins, jounins etc.), generalizing is ridiculous.
