Team 1. Fourth Kazekage doesn't seem to be all that great, and Mei isn't as good as A or Onoki. Onoki = Mu. 2nd Mizukage takes Tsunade, and Team 1 along with Tobirama will eventually overwhelm Hashirama.

i think team 1 cuz onoki old = muu
so onoki prime > muu
a > tsunade or a = tsunade
tobirama > mei i reckon cuz mei has shown enough suiton and tobirama has s/t nin
gaara > 4 kaze, gaara has surpassed his father as shown in latest arc
second mizukage < hashirama (of course) but they will eventually together overwhelm even him probs
