So... you mean to tell me that the brother of Senju Hashirama; the legendary Second Hokage who is said to be most adept at Suiton-based attacks, is worse than Kisame, Suiton Jutsu-wise and is "fodder level"?

He is worse then Kisame; Kisame's created a lake in a wasteland. Tobirama's only hype was creating water without a known source nearby. Kisame does that and much more.

Tobirama could be more. But, he apparently had an Edo Tensei that was not too far off from the one Orochimaru first showcased, he has shown a large paper bomb ability, and he has an ambigous FTG variant type attack. We don't know much about his jutsu list, and like I said. Most of them we do know are hard to tell what exactly they do.

Edo Tensei and FTG are prime examples of this. It's laughable to have Tobirama participate in any sort of competition here until he begins to show actual feats.

considering his entire onscreen fighting style has revolved around either blowing things up or slashing things, yes. clearly suiton wasnt his forte. kenjutsu and ET were. and what is he "said to be"? all we know is he was rather good because he made suiton without a water source. darui and mei already replicated that
