I agree....I think tobirama is the best. But in the manga lately he has been showing whole bunch of non water jutsu

Oh, but I am. What has he done that's OH SO impressive to be listed up here? He's shown two suiton jutsu if I recall, and none live up to his "Gathers it from the air" hype I always here.

Feat wise, he's better then Zabuza. But that's. . . Not really impressive.

So... you mean to tell me that the brother of Senju Hashirama; the legendary Second Hokage who is said to be most adept at Suiton-based attacks, is worse than Kisame, Suiton Jutsu-wise and is "fodder level"?
