Description: The user lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.
while at the same time, tokuma releases chakra from his palms and begins to rotate, creating a succesful chakra dome barrier, blocking the path of the spear and blowing it into a diferent direction, thus saving loki, giving them time for this, Suigetsu turns into a giant water wave-like beast and clashes against the water dragon bullet, rendering it useless, suigetsu then transforms into his original state, and stays standing on the water, while loki and tokuma are on dry land.

This is all done by reforming the top half of his body back into a solid form. Whilst doing this technique, the user is subsequently weakened against lightning based techniques.
